Banana Blueberry Whip Frappuccino (Healthy & Creamy)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe banana fresh or frozen
  • ¾ cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup milk dairy or any plant-based alternative like almond, oat, or soy
  • ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt for creaminess
  • 1½ to 2 cups ice
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup adjust to taste
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: 2 tablespoons heavy cream or whipped topping in the blend for extra richness
  • For topping:
  • Whipped cream store-bought or homemade
  • A few whole blueberries and banana slices for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Blend the Base:
  • In a blender, combine the banana, blueberries, milk, yogurt, ice, sweetener (honey or syrup), and vanilla.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth and frosty. If it’s too thick, add a splash more milk. If too thin, add more ice.
  • Whip It Up:
  • If you want it extra creamy, add a splash of heavy cream before the final blend.
  • Serve:
  • Pour into tall glasses or clear frappuccino-style cups.
  • Top with whipped cream and garnish with a few blueberries or banana slices.
  • Optional Drizzle:
  • For flair, drizzle a bit of blueberry syrup or honey around the inside of the cup before pouring in the drink.
