Crush the Cookies
Place cookies in a zip-top bag and gently crush them into chunks (not powder). Set aside a tablespoon or two for garnish.
Blend the Base
In a blender, combine milk, ice, vanilla extract, ice cream (or frozen whipped topping), sweetened condensed milk (if using), and a few drops of blue food coloring.
Blend Until Smooth
Blend until frosty and thick. Adjust the blue color to your liking.
Add Crushed Cookies
Add the cookie chunks and blend for just 5–10 seconds so they’re mixed but still chunky.
Serve and Garnish
Pour into tall glasses. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with extra crushed cookies.
Optional Drizzle
For an extra fun effect, drizzle blue candy syrup or white chocolate around the inside of the glass before pouring in the frappuccino.
