Pink dragon fruit banana frappuccino with whipped cream

Dragon banana Frappuccino

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe banana
  • ½ cup frozen dragon fruit chunks pink pitaya; available in frozen fruit section
  • 1 cup milk of choice dairy or plant-based like oat or almond
  • ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt or ice cream
  • 1 –2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup adjust to taste
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: Whipped cream dragon fruit cubes, or banana slices for topping

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Your Blender
  • Add the banana, frozen dragon fruit, milk, yogurt (or ice cream), honey, vanilla, and ice to a high-powered blender.
  • Blend It Smooth
  • Blend on high for about 30–45 seconds until smooth, thick, and creamy. If too thick, add a splash more milk.
  • Taste and Adjust
  • Taste for sweetness—add a little more honey or a few drops of vanilla if desired.
  • Serve It Up
  • Pour into two tall glasses. Top with whipped cream and a few bits of banana or dragon fruit, if desired.
  • Optional: Drizzle or Swirl
  • For a fun look, swirl a little strawberry syrup or pureed dragon fruit along the inside of the glass before pouring in the drink.
