Ingredients
  

  • For the base blend:
  • 1/2 cup milk dairy or non-dairy like almond, oat, or coconut 🥛
  • 1/2 cup vanilla or strawberry ice cream or frozen yogurt 🍦
  • 1/3 cup fresh or frozen strawberries 🍓
  • 1/3 cup pink dragon fruit pitaya, fresh or frozen 🐉
  • 1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk or strawberry syrup 🍯
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 🌿
  • 1 cup ice 🧊
  • For topping:
  • Whipped cream 🍨
  • Optional: pink sugar crystals freeze-dried strawberry crumbles, or edible glitter for garnish ✨

Instructions
 

  • Prep the fruit: If using fresh dragon fruit, scoop out the flesh. If using frozen, let it thaw slightly for easier blending.
  • Blend it up: In a blender, add the milk, ice cream, strawberries, dragon fruit, syrup/condensed milk, vanilla, and ice. Blend until completely smooth and vibrant pink.
  • Serve: Pour into a tall glass or mason jar.
  • Top it off: Add a generous swirl of whipped cream. Sprinkle with your favorite toppings like pink sugar or dried strawberry bits.
