Mango blue raspberry layered frappuccino with whipped cream

Ingredients
  

  • For the Mango Layer:
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • ¾ cup mango nectar or juice or orange juice as a backup
  • ½ cup milk dairy or plant-based
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave optional
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice
  • For the Blue Raspberry Layer:
  • ¾ cup blue raspberry sports drink like blue Gatorade or Powerade
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple or frozen raspberries either will work
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice for tartness
  • Blue food coloring optional, for a vibrant blue
  • 1 cup ice
  • Toppings optional but fun:
  • Whipped cream
  • Blue raspberry or mango drizzle
  • Sprinkles or candy pieces
  • Freeze-dried fruit bits

Instructions
 

  • Blend the Mango Layer:
  • Add all mango layer ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and thick like a frappuccino.
  • Pour into the bottom half of two tall clear cups.
  • Rinse Blender and Blend the Blue Raspberry Layer:
  • Add all blue raspberry layer ingredients.
  • Blend until smooth and slushy.
  • Slowly pour or spoon this over the mango layer. You can gently swirl with a straw or spoon for a “pulse” effect.
  • Top It Off:
  • Add a swirl of whipped cream.
  • Drizzle with mango or blue raspberry syrup if desired.
  • Garnish with sprinkles, crushed candy, or a mini fruit skewer.
