Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup mango chunks fresh or frozen 🥭
  • 1/3 cup dragonfruit fresh, frozen, or purée 🐉
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese softened 🧀
  • 1 cup milk any kind — dairy or non-dairy 🥛
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes 🧊
  • 2 –3 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk or sugar 🍯
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 🌼
  • Optional: 1/4 cup Greek yogurt for extra creaminess
  • 🍰 Toppings Optional but Recommended:
  • Whipped cream
  • Crushed graham crackers or cookie crumbs
  • Extra dragonfruit or mango bits
  • A drizzle of mango syrup or white chocolate

Instructions
 

  • Blend It Up:
  • Add mango, dragonfruit, cream cheese, milk, ice, sweetener, vanilla, and yogurt (if using) to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Serve:
  • Pour into tall cups. Top with whipped cream and crushed graham crackers for that cheesecake effect.
  • Garnish & Enjoy:
  • Add a few bits of fruit or a drizzle of syrup for an extra pop of flavor. Sip and enjoy a tropical cheesecake in drink form! 🍰✨
