Vibrant Purple Drink Frappuccino

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup ice
  • 1/4 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1 tablespoon sugar or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon butterfly pea flower tea infusion see instructions below
  • Whipped cream
  • Edible glitter purple or silver
  • Dried butterfly pea flowers optional

Instructions
 

  • Make Butterfly Pea Flower Tea Infusion:
  • Steep 1-2 teaspoons of dried butterfly pea flowers in 1/4 cup of hot water for 5-10 minutes.
  • Let the infusion cool completely before using.
  • Blend the base: In a blender, combine coconut milk, ice, vanilla ice cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and the cooled butterfly pea flower tea infusion. Blend until smooth and creamy. The color should be a vibrant purple.
  • Assemble: Pour the blended mixture into a glass.
